My bodywork is a combination of Deep-Tissue with Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, and Thai Massage. I also include gentle rocking, deep compressions, slow s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-s, and guided breathwork. For your tighter muscles I will use Resistance Exercises or Trigger Point. Both are very effective means of releasing knotted muscles. You'll notice the easing of physical tension within minutes. That's right, within minutes!

You'll be feeling the weight-of-the-world lifted right off your shoulders. Afterwards you'll feel as if you're walking on air.
